I'm sure this isn't a widespread issue, but I've been running into an aggregate bug that seems to be sourced in the PIA APK's server:8888 pinger service. Since the pinger script runs at full firehose blast, it creates a large queue for an IPS service to chew through, and therefore causes lags. I could turn the IPS daemon off, but that's not a fix, that's an unacceptable workaround. I don't need to know which servers are closest/lowest latency, and would appreciate an option to turn the pinger service off within the PIA app.
