Hi there,
Here's a couple of feature requests:
1. Send commands to multiple IP's
2. Macros - Press a button, Send a command to [Device 1], wait for "X" secs, Send command to [Device 2] + [Device 3]

Hi Chris,
Sending a command to multiple IP's is fully supported (for UDP).
Simply list the IP's as comma separated and do the same for the ports to match, and from now on, each button pressed the command will be sent to all the IP's.
For example, set the IP's to:
192.168.2.1,192.168.2.2
Set the ports to:
9998,9999
And press a button, the result will be that 192.168.2.1:9998 and 192.168.2.2:9999 will get the command.
As for the macros, can you please elaborate as the use case of it, I will see what can be done.

i want to connect my hercules client on laptop with this tcp udp android server. How can i established connection. My phone and PC are ithe same wi-fi network.
I have tried but it does not work.

My question will become then, how will you configure a string of commands to a single button? Do you think it will be acceptable to only allow for that functionality when editing the XML file for the template on a computer? I can't think of a simple interface that will support that within the application. Ideas are welcome... |
